RapidPest ("we", "us") operates this website as a free service that connects homeowners with independent local pest control providers. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Information you provide by phone. When you call the number on this site, you may share your name, address, phone number and a description of your pest problem so a provider can quote the work.
- Call records. Calls placed through the number on this site are routed by our telephony provider. Call time, duration, the number you dialed and your caller ID are recorded, and calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training.
- Automatically collected data. Our servers and analytics tools record your IP address, approximate city derived from that IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and the pages you view.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and pixels from Microsoft Advertising and Yandex Metrica to measure advertising performance and understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To connect your call with a licensed pest control provider serving your area.
